My ED 545i/SMG

Well, I've talked enough about this wonderful european delivery I did during the last week in March so I thought I'd post some pics!

Pic 1 is at the delivery center...first time I layed eyes on the car! The color is titanium grey...more or less anthracite.

Pic 2 is Neuschwanstein castle in Fussen...just a stone's throw from the Austrian border in Southern Germany. We got there late and they had already closed up the castle.

Pic 3 is fun out on the magnificient German autobahns! I am in 6th gear and the car is at the limit of 152 mph. I think that the car may be limited to 240 kph (149 mph) and not 250 kph (155 mph) because the E39 speedometers were always reading higher than actual.

Pic 4 is a ********* in Belgium at some Mitsubishi dealer. Yep, there were 3 of us from 'fest (me, arnolds, TGray5) picking up and terrorizing Europe for a few days!

Pic 5 is the dorp-off at Harms back in Munich. I'm "19" on the right and arnolds is "16" on the left.

Fun, fun, fun....

That's Agent. I dropped off at 7:30 am Easter Sunday, he dropped off around 11 or so.

LOL, did I tell you...Bill and I messed up the flight time and it turns out we had 2 more hours that we thought. Man, I was !!!

We coulda done Salzburg after all!

Damn....you putz! You could have zoomed all the way to Salzburg for the nite and spent the morning there before dropping off the car!

True, true but I was so pissed about that little oversight. Neither of us converted the 24-hour clock to the correct time...got by both of us!

Okay, that's it. Next new car, I'm doing ED. EOD.

1) I LOVE that color! That's what's next for me.
