Number of cars at Bimmerfest 2005?

Hi all:

I'm still searching, but haven't found yet a summery that indicates how may Bimmers were at the fest. I've got a lady from the newspaper coming to write an article on our local BMW Club, and I'd like to through in a number of attendees at the Bfest...

I'll keep looking, but if someone who has an idea of the number of cars there sees this in the next hour or so, please reply!

Practically impossible to count them all, so all that we can do is estimate based on our final online registration figures:

List Registrations

Cars: 951 -- Attendees: 2473

There may be a lot more cars and people there who did not register too . . .

That's for sure. The SB locals didn't even kno wabout the event until an ad
came out in Friday's Santa Barbara News-Press. The ad neglected to mention
the online event registration...

Yes, I can certainly believe that. But what about the people that registered, but then didn't come - do you think the two will offset?

I had two more cars join me on the trip down from San Diego who weren't registered. It seems alot of people didint make it, but MORE did come who did not register. Safe to say around 1000 cars I would say..
