PTG engne builder says with ful blueprint and MOTEC engien management (gets rid of the mas air flow meter entirely) you are looking at about 380 at the crank. Or a gain of about 47 HP. ANd if anyone lnows how to make power from BMW straight 6s, it is PTG. Nowack, a German tuner can get 404 DIN HP (about 395 - 399 SAE HP) out of the engine with a complete tear down and rebuild with different rods, pistons, and cams, and RACE GAS (394 DIN HP or about 385 - 389 SAE HP on pump gas) Yeap, you can bolt on two pieces and get that much power, NOT.
