Noise Problem(ALTERNATOR WHINE)
CAN'T SOLVE ALTERNATOR WHINE IN 99E36M3. AFTER MARKET SYSTEM
ANYONE WHO'S HAVE THIS PROBLEM B4 PLEASE HELP. TRY ALMOST EVERYTHING..........

First, make sure you have a really good ground. Grind down to bare metal, or ground directly to the battery and see it that helps.
Solder all connections. 2nd, Make sure that the RCA wires (if any) are routed down the left side of the car. Away from the major circuits on the right. Use really good RCA's, cheap one are cheap for a reason.

when your stereo is on it whines? sort of like a high pitch sound?
