What is the name of Software version for the Tranny?

My X5 4.4 (MY04) is experience that acceleration problem and it has become a problem at intersections....does anyone know what is the version, and what exactly should I tell the dealer?

It will be a new software in the middle or end of June.
They are working with problems when shifting down from 2 - 1 etc.
Mine shifts to late from 2 - 1.
