Buying Tips!!!
HI Guys ,
I'm thinking to purchase a used 97' E39 with 60,000 miles . Here's some question i would need opinions on it . What stuff should I aware of on this car ? Any minor/major recall on this model ? What's the average cost to do the maintanence ? Please tell me eveything i need to know . Thanks

What sort of e39? There's a good difference in upkeep between a 528i and a 540i. Of course the V8 is great, but it's not as bulletproof as the inline-6.

1997 with 145,000 miles & it runs strong. It all depends on the owner.I would not trade my V8. Go out there & get it, you will love it
