does the big washer on the shock mount go on top of the mount or the bottom. cause i think someone told me wrong or i am not very good with cars.

You need big washers on the top AND bottom.

replace those shock mounts with rogue engineering RSMs...
www.rougeengineering.com, look under RSM, best Ive seen so far...and you never have to remove your trunk liner again to replace or adjust adjustable rear shocks.
