Test driving a '94 325i Conv on Sat...what to look for???

The last time I posted to this particular thread I had not yet owned a BMW, but was attracted to the conversation since I was looking for a '94-'95 325ic 5-speed. Since owning my 325 for 17 days now, I have discovered how phenominal this car is. There is too much to write about but I want to say the character of acceleration allows for different types of driving. When my wife is in the car (nearly 9 months pregnant) I can shift under 3,500 rpm and it is smooth and easy. When I have an open road and feel like really pushing the machine (and it is a fine machine) I shift at 6,000+ and it is smooth and exhilerating (for lack of a better word). I'm still learning how to drive this car but I love when my wife asks me to go get something from the store.
