replace SMG shift knob?

has anyone been able to replace the SMG shift knob with something more attracive?

I personally think it looks pretty nice. What car are driving, 545i? May I ask how you like the SMG, b/c I'm considering getting an SMG equipped 5-series

Do a little searching on the SMG...lottsa posts about it. I love it but there is a learning curve to loving it....
