Its on its way but??

Dealer called and said my 6er is on the ship and will be in Oxnard on the 18th. I have tried to track it by putting in my VIN on the site listed in another post but it comes up not found? Is their a different site to track for west coast cars?

I just finished this entire process and my 6 is arriving tomorrow (but who knows? You'll see what I mean when your car gets close) Basically, you need to go to the European Delivery board and go to the "shipping and redelivery links". Here you will find everything you will you need. Pay special attention to the "AISLive" site and the San Deigo Harbour site. AIS allows you to see your boat at its different ports including the Panama Canal. The SD site gives you a schedule for when the boat is to arrive in SD, this date does not deviate much. Also look at some previous threads to follow others through the process, it will give all the rest of the information you will need. One word of advice: tracking your boat and the delays of your cars delivery may become so frustrating you may have wished you just waited for the call from your dealer to come pick up the car!
