New M5 spotted at IRVINE BMW

I saw an M5 at my dealership in Turnersville and it was sold at MSRP, they did not discount it. I wish I could do more than just drool and dream.....................

And the thing stops from 60 in about 115 feet, about 150 from 70. Sound like supercar numbers to me

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I was referring to most BMWs and not including the Ms with my comments. I feel cars with ZSP should be more performance oriented and part of the equation should be better brakes and LSD. I know that this a thread about the M5 but Stuka's comments hit home.

He is correct in his assessment that the M Models have lousy calipers relative to the opposition.

There's gotta be some deal between ATE and BMW. I can't think of another reason why BMW hasn't moved over to calipers that resemble anything that comes out of Stuttgart.

Hey i saw that 1 week ago. It was ready for delivery. Waxed up and everything. It had a 35,000 dollar mark up. Yup 35K

wow... the local dealers to me have like 25k markups

went to Harloff BMW in San Diego today, 2 M5 in the showroom, $30k market adjustment
