for my car i am using eibach springs with nilstein shocks. i know alot of people using the eibachs on ther scca cars and even street cars. i am sure h&r are just as good, but dont hear to many people using them. if you want check out www.bimmerworld.com and they can help you out with jsut about anything.

H&Rs w/ Bilsteins

Go to bimmerforums.com and like 80% of them are using H&R springs on Bilsteins. I went with them because of the difference in height for the back vs front lowering.

thanks so much....but how much lowering is too much? my 318 is sitting on 15's with a 215 width tire. Im planning on swithchin to 18's with a 235 or 245....is 2 inches good? or less( i really dont want the car on the ground, just lowered enough to be able to tell its lowered

Lowering required ...

My car is running on 16" 205s...what should I plan to get and install to get that look, y'all have. Planning to buy a set of 17" with a 8 off set. Tyres would be front: 225/17-45. Rear: 245/17-40. Any suggestions... Incidentally no body kit (yet)..
