NOT FS ADD, Just Getting Opinion

I want to put my '01 M3 up for sale, it has 55K miles, no mods, everything but 19's, nav & SMG and is still CPO. Any suggestions on price, was thinking $29,500 - $30K, think thats fair? Live in Delaware. Thanks
