Your sig show you you have an option not available here in the States. What is a Hot Weather Package?

hot weather pack:
the wheels are for hot weather (tempreture AA)
the windows are speciall for blocking the hot sun !
the A/C are more colder than yours-hope so-
some cars had cold seat like heated seats and steering wheel.

Ah, that's interesting...

Are all those options directly from factory or aftermarket? I'm asking because some options you mentioned aren't even available in Germany, and that doesn't happen very often...

Thats factory I believe. Also, from what I understand the engine has some heat modifications made to it, to deal with the extreme heat. The package should only be available in warm climates. ie: not Germany.

The color is one shade away from being a Mary Kay Cosmetics car. Tread lightly with pink.

A B'fester from Manila, Philippines, also mentioned in this thread how his X3 came with a hot weather package but was not sure what it all included.

I am beginning to wonder if the hot weather package is already standard on all US models. After all Arizona is just as hot as Saudi Arabia or Texas as hot and muggy as Manila, Philippines.

Yea, I'd put out for a hot-weather package on my next BMW. No doubt.

I don't know/think that's a choosable option. I would say someone would have to talk to BMW about that.
