This is a very true statement. 3 Series are volume sellers for BMW so Pre-Orders will have very little signicifance on the pricing. I have already negotiated $1500 off of MSRP on my car, whatever MSRP will be is still unknown.

Very nice configuration BMRLVR, (except for the red).
Those wheels are incredibly awesome, as will be the 6 sp manual!

Is the Crimson Red leather equivalent to the US market Coral Red? Is Crimson a BMW Individual color?

Must be Coral Red. I never heard about a BMW Crimson Red leather, only Imola Red, Indianapolis Red and Dream Red. Even BMW Individual doesn't mention it. But it is a colour for the E92 exterior.

After seeing silver and red combination,I changed my order to ape the same car except with 18" wheels and auto with steering wheel paddles. Car will be built on the 34th week or mid August with expected arrival in Ottawa in mid September.

My dealer called yesterday to let me know they got their production allocations and to get my configuration for one of the slotted cars. I went with
335i Manual Trans
Black Sapphire
Coral Red w aluminum trim
Premium Pkg
Sport Pkg
Navigation
Hopefully the style 230 wheels will show up for order before it actually sees production.

Brand new to the site and have a couple of questions.

I just this morning ordered my '07 335i Coupe:

Titanium Silver
Black Dakota leather w/brushed steel trim
Premium Package
Sport Package
Comfort Access
Auto w/ paddle shifters

The only dealer in Charlotte had just ONE production slot and I got it; didn't have control over colors or transmission at this point, though. Should be a rare sight around town for at least a while. Build date is week 30 (mid-July) so I'm guessing 4-6 weeks from then will be delivery date.

Those 230 wheels shown above look great. Does anyone have an example of what the 18" Star Spoke style 189s look like?

I've seen references to online production/delivery tracking. Can someone direct me to this?

Is E90Fleet some kind of image generator site?

Any news on timing of MSRP announcement?

Thanks to all. This looks like a great forum.

Michael

At the BMWCCA meeting @ BMWNA, the product managers told us that pricing would be released to the dealers at the end of the month.

BMRLVR....Just wondered if you have got your production number and build dates yet for your 335 order? I ordered a week after you but I am still waiting for that info and I'm guessing that they are still waiting for more allocations. I think you and one other customer got the first couple they had as my CA told me that either 2 or 3 people had already ordered as I was humming and hawing over colors. Anyways just wondering if you've heard so I can get an idea of when I'll hear.

Let me know

So let me get this straight. The coupe is being released in the US early? Not September as has been mentioned everywhere?

Not exactly. There are always a few units that BMW sends out early to U.S. dealerships, which usually coincides with European SOP.

What's happened is that the few dealers that were getting some of these early units found them on their system, and then proceeded to customize the car to someone's order. There are still no prices out there.

2) Style 230 19'' Wheel ? I can not find it in any brochure. Where do you get it ?

Thanks !

Congrats on your purchases, everybody. M-Dog, I'm also in Charlotte, I presume you did this through Hendrick? Only one slot and you got it! I'm doing all I can do to get my down payment together and I hope to be on the 335 bandwagon later this year. Let me know if you have any other info regarding the 335 from Hendrick.
