E90 M3 Wagon/Touring/Estate? In US?

Are you guys sure about the release date?

Is it in late 2006 for the German release?

Beewang says late 2007/early 2008 for the US.

Is it in writing somewhere?

The biggest upside of an M wagon is that it's a total sleeper. Get a neutral color, debadge it and burn everyone. Plus, you're under the radar with police because you appear to be a sensible adult--not the tailhappy, tire smoking, jackass you really are.

I'd rather see the highway littered with German wagons over sloppy American SUVs, which provide similar levels of utility for the driver that doesn't require 8" of ground clearance.

An e91 M3 would be :bowdown:

If BMW is not bringing over the e91 335i then they are never bringing the M3Touring unfortunately. Looking at bmw.de and seeing things like 535dT make me

Yup, I saw the 4door M3 today on the 101 near Agoura Hills. I'm still kicking myself for not having my digicam with me!

dont get stuck in the mindset that wagon=****ty

wagons are fun and are the quinessential Q car/sleeper. I for one would order a 335 touring if it were available here in the states, let alone an M3 touring!

I would ditch my E36 M3 quickly if I could get in to a 335iT (RWD only, please) an M3 Wagon would be my wildest dream...

Now if we could get them to do *that* (the 335iT) and start putting LSDs back in their regular cars, that would be even better.

I agree - the M3 wagon would be really cool, but the 335iT would probably be more practical for me.
