Anyone signed up for leases recently? Are the dealers discounting off MSRP?

There is a recent national ad campaign for the Z4 that (I think) started today. It's advertizing the 2.5 Z4 SP/5sp for 399/mo for 39 months. I think the total due at delivery was something like $2500...
