Post Recommendations for new rear tires
Its about time to replace the rear tires on my '01. I just got this car in March, so this is the first time I've had to buy tires and I welcome your recommendations!

Any specific recommendations on tires? Also what about getting runflats? I have 18s

I live in the SF bay area and would also like recomendations on places to buy the tires with good service.

What size wheels do you have on the rear?

Depending on the size.. my opinion is posted here .

Runflats suck. I wouldn't consider putting them on my car for even a second.

I'd buy the tires from tire rack and have them shipped to Custom Alignment.

No no no. PS2's.

You might want to think about running two different tread patterns...

What are the advantages of running two diff tread patterns?

Advantages? None....quite the opposite really. Replace all 4, or buy whatever is already on the front.
