Electronic parts catalogue disc
My Parts guy gave me an older version of this disc. I haven't been able to get it to run. any ideas?

its labeled:

You don't run it from the CD. You need to install the Sysadm tool first (there is a setup program for it on that CD someplace), then use that to install the ETK.

I think since March '02 it also requires a password.

Yes. One password for non Mini dealers and another for Mini dealers.
