Best approach for adding tv(s) and dvd?

Just looking for some advice from you who have either added screens in the factory headrests, or added the oem dvd on the center console in the rear, what's the best way to approach this?

Depends on what you like better. I would think the headrests would be easy to do for any credible custom car audio shop. As far as the center console screen, I'm not sure how difficult that would be to add aftermarket, I'd probably call the dealer on that one.
