Well that's an interesting turn of events. Good luck, Jimmy. Just remember that your Lemon Law rights are quite a bit different. Which is why a lot of us suggested you buy new with an uncertain technology. I hope the car was properly broken in by the "old couple" (what, in their 40s?).

Post more info and pics! You are right. The car is a monster. Wait until you do some fast upshifts with the SMG at 7500 RPM with your foot firmly on the accelerator in speed shift 6. Hang on!

Retired attorney in his 50's and his wife.

They rarely used the car. They only used it for runs to wine country up north. They traded it for an e63 MB

so far so good. took a look at the service records too and the vehicle only went to the shop 3 times. 1 for a recall, 1 for the 1200 service and one other one for what looks like an issue with cd player. All in all, a great car for a great price and im loving it.

The dealer wasnt too happy about me canceling the order for the new one 1 day after placing it

Congrats Jimmy. I guess its a good thing you procrastinated back and forth. In the end your joy has found you.

May the road ahead of you be clear of obstacles...
