xenon lights

so i took my car to get the drivers side xenon light replaced, now the only problem is that when it turns on after a while the light looks white even from a distance theres no blueish purpleish tint.... maybe itll turn blue later or should i take it back to the dealership

No, no, no. The shop may have just replaced the bulb on that side. Now your bulbs are no longer color matched. HID bulbs slowly change color over time.

Thats right because, in the beginning an HID Bulb will always seem more white, and slowly after some running time has lapsed....it will start changing color. I have observed that in all my vehicles whenever I have replaced bulbs, and yes I know it isnt perfect now, but give it some time and both colors should match

thanx guys!!!!! i was already going nuts over this!!! cause the newly replaced one looks too white and i was already going to go to the dealership and try to see what happened but thanx for saving me the trip. i guess i will wait a while any odea on how long till they match??

you're looking at 100-110 hours before the bulb will color shift. HID bulbs last anywhere between 3500-5000 hours. I'd say with in a few weeks your's should adjust to the out colors and you really shouldn't notice the difference in color anymore.
