Really scary. I hope it was just an attempt by the OP to be humorous (in an odd sort of way). Rather, Jon and company should be thanked for their yearly and year-long efforts. They worked hard to ensure that each Bimmerfest is enjoyable and are entitled to whatever compensation that may come their way. If you feel that they are undeserving of your money or that the Bimmerfest gatherings are not meeting your expectations, save yourself the grief and don't go. Distilled to its essence, paying attendees may be considered enthusiatic customers/participants, not shareholders. Accordingly, Jon and company are not obligated to divulge any financial information. They do not have to file and 10-K's.

I am, because it's a non-operating system. I hate the guy for being better at marketing than other companies with better products. It's his fault I have to run umpteen "internet condoms" on my machine so I don't get a virus. And why does it take 10 minutes to reboot?

And I hate it even more now that I have to call up, spend time on the phone with India, and manually type in an 80 digit number every time I have to reinstall it on the same machine!

And I still think the OP needs to put down the crack pipe. He pays $20 to go to a club because he knows the DJ gets paid, yet $20 to spend a day in the sun and help out people in need bothers him? Talk about fvcked up priorities!

That must be why I couldn't figure out how to change the radio station in the E60 530i I had as a loaner once. In my business, we call them Micro$haft, or M$ for short. Money,money,money,money,money!

I think the E46/E39 era cars will be my last Bimmers for a long time.
