New member buying 330i, opinions?

Hello,
I am about to buy a 2003 330i with sport package. The car had a light damage, the driver door, bak door and finder were damaged. The guy had new doors installed, i saw them myself. The paint is perfect match. It is an orient blue. The inside is immaculate. It has 25,000 miles. Overall, its nice. He is asking for $15. Is that a good price? I am looking for some 18inch wheels to go on it. Any body?

I wonder why the mileage is so low. I would be suspect. Like hockeynut said, have it checked out. Otherwise, it's a good deal. I don't recommend 18" on that car, unless you like bent rims. The M65 wheels on that car look just right.
