Can I Retrofit Parking Sensors and a Few Other Things?

I have an 02 745i and I would like to do a few upgrades from the newer models;
I have access to a parts 745Li and would like to swap some parts with it. Here is what I was thinking;
Parking Sensors
Heated and Ventilated Seats
Newer Navigation System
I-Drive Control Knob
Window Shades in Side and Rear

Do you guys think it is possible to update mine with all of the above stuff? I am hoping that all of the 7's were pre-wired for the parking sensors so that would be easy along with everything else. If you know of any problems I will run into please let me know. Thanks.

I-Drive Control Knob you will need the 745LI brain.

Is that all I will need? I won't need full wiring harnesses or anything? Getting the brain will not be a problem.
