7 Series - E65 / E66 (2002 - 2008)
Discussion of BMW's 4th generation E65/E66 7 Series flagship. The E65 generated much controversy, due to its radical styling and iDrive user difficulties. Nonetheless, the E65 broke records to become the best-selling 7-series iteration ever, especially after its 2005 facelift.

Vibring stearing wheel

I really have a problem with my 745Li. About 6 moths ago, I noticed, the steering wheel was vibrating at about 60 mil/h. Reading this forum, I followed instructions to balance wheels. The high speed one, followed by two road surface did not helped, so I changed almost new tires with brand new Michelins and followed by two road surface balancing. It did not removed this problem, just lowered. BMW service replaced rotors, brakes, some arms with bushings, wheel alignment, etc. I think, it helped for 2 weeks, but I started to fill vibrating again, mostly when I start to drive and when is colder outside. The car has 23k mils w/ Michelins 245/45/19. Does anyone have an idea, what to do? Or rather: HELP.....!!!!!

I had the same problem on my 03 745I one of the rims was bent when i was going between 60-80 mph you could feel the stearing wheel vibrating I did all those things that you did(balance the wheels, wheel aligment) nothing helped. I fixed the rim and it all stoped.
