E30 seat interchanging?

Is it posible to change out my 1985 318i e30 front seats for other model within the e30 group.
Drivers seat wont stay vertical when weight applied - chiropractic bill climbing!

Im looking for some black sports seats out of an e30 if anyone knows where to get some cheap. I have some after market black leather bucket seats that are nice but a little to agressave for my taste.

Whoa I must say those seats are awesome. How much are you looking for them and how much work is it to get them in?

They were actually a pain in the ass when I first got them because I had to get custom adapters made by a machine shop so they would sit right and function right. They slide back and forth just like stock ones, they have the lumbar support adjuster and they tilt front to back. I am actually looking for some stock e30 sport seats in black leather....I would rather trade them but if I cant find any then I will sell them and just buy some sports seats out of an e30.

Depending on how much you want for them and shipping I may be interested in the not-too-distant future.

Make me an offer...I paid $400+ They are brand new but I know I am not going to get what I paid for them.

I can't take them right away as my funds are getting a little low. I can almost definitely get them by July, but if that's too long for you to wait, it's no biggie.

I would like to get rid of them soon. My mom just sold her house and that is where all my parts were so I have to get rid of everything I am not using. I found a guy with some e30 sports for cheap so I am going that route just to bring it back to stock stuff. I really like these seats but I kinda need some $$$$

That's too bad. I might be able to borrow some money from friends, but that's never something one can count on. I can let you know in about a week, if that's alright.

4 door front seats dont pop forward for access to the back so they are not ideal for 2 door. But they do bolt in. Dont know about rear seats between 2 and 4 door. They do look about the same.

awesome thanks. I saw a guy on craigslist parting out a 318i with black leather interior and I need front seats for my 325e. I figured I could swap all the seats to match things up

FYI...you can also bolt a passenger seat onto the drivers side...in case you find two good passenger seats...but not a drivers...usually the case in the yard I visit.
