Compressor hose/bracket interference

The compressor pressure hose going to the condensor is being cut by the bracket that holds the lower panels.
Added some edge protector to the bracket and will also wrap the hose with fabric tape.
If I was familar with automobile AC systems, I would replace the hose.

well not that you are replacing it now ,but thats what i do so if you ever have any questions about auto ac thats one thing i do know alot about so ill be glad to help..
also just incase if you are worried about it from the pic you have nothing to worry about as far as hose burst go, bmw/behr climate systems uses a barrier wall hose now, the rub i see in the picture is not ever going to be a problem(unless you just dont like it being there)
the wall thickness of the hose is approx 5-6mm thick with a inner liner barrier

also sorry to add more but the discharge hose ,well all ac hose now adays has a burst pressure of about 650-700 psi not constant..
the normal head pressure in the summer lets say 90f* is about 260-280 psi assumming the cooling fan is working properly and the inner barrier alone is rated at 650psi and as far as i can see by the small rub it just took a minute amount away from the outer wall
which believe it or not is designed to weep if the inner barrier fails

Cut is 1.5 mm deep. No big deal based on the thickness you quote.
