Anybody here race their E30?

Just curious.
I "raced" my friend today just for fun. We didn't break any laws cause we stopped at the limit, but it was still really exciting. But I don't know if it was even or not, a 325is vs a Jeep Cheroke
Whatever we had a blast.

I do it at the tracks more then on the streets,(well I TRY TO..hehehehe),it is all good man....

It's a waist of an e30 if you don't race every once and a while

I auto-x my e30, street race every now and then but very rarely...for some odd reason ppl seem to think my 325is *no its not debadged* is a 4 cyclinder until they hear me get on it and then proceed to watch my taillights disappear.

i raced my 325 ix at the track i hit 16.3... i raped rsx type s on launch.. till the begining of 3rd gear .. but he got me at the end.. **** for an 88 comparing to an 06 is pretty bad ass dont you think...

I tried once. It beat me...........

but that is pretty good. are you all stock?

at that time all i had was intake, exhaust and chip.. i was launchng at 5.. 5 1/2 can you imagine that..hahaha.. funnest day of my life man.. god i love e30s
WHO OUT THERE LOVES E30s?? ... I DOOO!! LOL

lol....i give it a go every chance i get. nothign gets me going more than racing against another bimmer, its like they are the only challenge :P....except for those holden boys, got to watch out 4 them, Took on an SS Comodore, comes from the factory with an LS1 powerplant, got munched, only by about 2 car lenghs though, so it wasnt a total loss.
