Blueish reflective tint on Bentleys, S550's

Anyone else seen that blueish mirror tint on Bentleys and S550's? It's like a dark blue but mirrored looking.. I want to put some on my 7 but was wondering if anyone knows what it's called etc..

Thanks.

the windshield on our cars has some sort of uv type coating that resists the suns rays in an effort to keep the car cooler in the sun... Sometimes hard to tell closeup, from a distance it stands out... Also, my CCTV system at home can't see through the front windshield at all when I'm parked in the entry, instead you see a mirrorlike reflection of the sky/clouds...

Yes. Our windsheilds have titanium metal film in them. They call it "comfort glass". It's expensive and nice. What it does is it blocks all the UV rays coming in from the windsheild, that's why you can put your hand under neath it in the sun and your hand doesnt feel hot.

My local MB dealer installs the tint I think you are talking about. It actually comes in a few diffrent colors (they try to match the car). If you get it from them it is pretty pricy at around 1,000.00 per car. I don't know what they call it, but they claim it is the best you can get.
