Fluttering-BMW Ignores yet another owner

My 328 Vert too has the 40-60 MPH fluttering noise. BMW refuses to act honourably. Anyone interested in class action at this point?

I'm interested in reducing the number of lawsuits in our tort-happy stupid-a$$ legal system.

I suggest you sell the car and buy one you like, rather than suing a company for making a product that you don't like.

As long as you drop the silly lawsuit idea, I'll give you a and otherwise warm Welcome to Bimmerfest!

Good thought! The dealership offered me 7,500 less then if just paid, and by the way I also would have to eat the sales tax.

Didn't you test drive it on the freeway?

Caveat Emptor.

I too have the fluttering noise. I really don't give a f*kc because my top is down 92.73% of the time. Yes, I averaged it, did the math, and came up with an exact percentage y'all.

The fluttering noise IS NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL! Turn your radio on.

I had a Jeep Wrangler for awhile. Talk about fluttering noise.

Then again, I don't remember a fluttering noise on the Mazda Miata or Ford Mustangs we've rented. Maybe it's 'cause I had the radio on...

Yeah, my first vert was an E30. Now that's what I call "fluttering." More like "hurricane force winds."

The E36 I had for 10 years didn't have a fluttering issue, but again, I never noticed it because I was rollin' like a hommie with my music on.

The E93's fluttering is obnoxious, at times. However, if you switch your Climate Control system to "circulate", it almost eliminates the problem completely.

I never noticed it until my drunk sister one night said, "What's that wobbling noise." My friend was like, "Yeah man, make it stop."
