E30 (1982 - 1993)
God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993.

Pics from drivers school (I think it'll work this time)

I'm 17 years old and this is my 1989 325is that i took to the BMW car club street survival drivers school. I grew up on e30s because my dad restored them so when i was kid i fell in love with them. It took me a year to save up for it my e30 is is my baby!

So far since ive owned it since last May I got the timing belt/water pump changed, Cold Air Intake, Bosch 4 spark plugs and 8 mm wires, and magnaflow exhaust. Future plans are my dad and I designing side skirts, replacing the rear spoiler with an m-tech spoiler similar to the one on the e30 m3, getting a strut bar, and soon i plan on chipping the car.

Hope you like the pics of my e30, i plan on keeping her a long time....

Any advice on future mods?
Whats the best chip?

Nope, links don't work. Try using - it works well for me, and its free. There's a test forum to play with trying to get photos to load. You can imbed them directly into the post by clicking on the "picture" above the text box and putting the link there.

get rid of the bosch plat 4 plugs...the m20 hates them. I had plat 2 and it was giving my car a crazy idle...sounded like it was smooth but looking at the car from the outside I could see it was totally rocking back and forth. Switch to the standard bosch cooper plugs haven't had a problem w the ignition system since then. If you get a chip I'd go JimConforti. Turner motorsports sells the same chip rebadged as their own. its like 200 bucks and adds 15hp/15ft lb (most chips claim that also). Have you done anything to the suspension? I'd get a bigger swaybar Ireland Engineering sells a 22 and 25mm for the same price. I'd go 25mm. plus you can change the swaybar and still stay in a stock racing class
