My 2008 Vert is finally here and WOW
Picked up my new vert last Friday
 . She's a beauty. A roadtrip to Amsterdam took care of the breakin period and the nav was awesome I opted for piano black trim, added the areo package and replaced the rims with 18" 196. Here are my pics. 2008 335 vert Crimson Red/ Coral Red/ Piano black trim/ ZPP/ZSP/STEP/PDC/Navi/CA/Active Steering/iPod

youve got ballz to have red on red. Personally in about a year I would get headaches looking at it.

Please do me a favor. With the top up and radio off, drive on a smooth road and at 50-60mph. As you pass from 55 to 60mph do you hear a fluttering noise (ie, sounds like a pressure oscillation)?

Flat-out beautiful, ZZ2. Congrats, and enjoy!
From the time I decided to order mine, I was going to go with a red interior or a red exterior, but not both. I went with the coral interior, and a more conservative exterior color, and I've been very happy with it. But your red-on-red is great. Anyone concerned with the crimson red exterior clashing with the coral red interior need not be. Looks great!

I never thought I would like coral and crimson - they had it in the brochure and I didn't like it, but your pics look amazing!

My salesman told me I had balls ordering this combo. He then told me there are 2 type of people that order this combo "A lady of the evening" or a real rich b****" Which one wasI?
I'm neither, just someone wanting something different for their 50th b-day. I love the car and the power is awesome. The other bimmer in some of the pics is my old 2001 330ci with winter hardtop on. Still running great.

BTW, just noticed you had the front Aero spoiler installed. It looks really sharp on the Crimson Red. I did it too, plus I recently added black mesh and painted/black kidney grilles for a more aggressive, sporty look.

Looks good. I'm thinking of painting the front mesh black. The back is black. I don't know why they didn't do the front the same way. Got to love the red.
