Headlight switch experts...

A rattling noise is now coming from my headlight switch, so it's as good a time as any to order Ron's headlight switch tool.

Even so, I've read enough horror stories about the electrical complications related to this part. Would anyone familiar with the assembly care to offer any tips on isolating the rattle?
