Mein Auto: e36 318i 1996
install probs

i am having a prob with the install i have done on the car
the prob is
when i switch the engine on i hear a whinning noise through the speakers
it gets faster and louder as i put my foot down
i am running 2 amps one worked excellent until
i connected the other amp
if i take the audio leads out of the second amp
there is no whinning
but then there is no sound either
anyone know why there is a whinning noise

Mein Auto: 99 528i, 97 M3, 07 X5
Check grounding of both amps. make sure you don't have any loops on your wiring. They behave as antenna and will pick up the sound. Do they have the same power source?

thanks hole i have sorted it
i was running the audio leads down the same side as the power cable
moved them over to the other side of car
all fixed
