Talking WOW you guys im a retard...

alright so i have to post this cause u guys might get a good kick out of this. i posted a thread about this already 2 times but check it out... so my windows stopped working randomely the other day. they wouldnt roll back up no matter what i did. so me and my dad spend a good 3 hours trying to figure out wat the problem is. we checked the fuse, comfort relay you name it...

and in the end i accidently pushed the circuit breaker button and BAM! the lights for the windows went on..

i fee like a completely dumb @$$ cause we spent 3 hours trying to figure out wat the problem was and it was just the stupid circuit breaker that i accidently pushed while driving the other day -_-...

lol.... feel free to call me a retard lol.

LoL. I do have to laugh at that one..but **** happens. I've seen alot of that happen working on cars and seeing other mechanics overlook things, spending hours on end looking for the problem, and it turned out to be something so simple. Alot of the time it Is the littlest things that are overlooked. So dont feel bad.

I believe there's a circuit breaker behind the driver's kick panel, right?

I dont have this circuit breaker either. And I'm guessing its only on 4-door cars or newer models.

Mein Auto: A car.
The first weekend I had my 328 I accidentally put the auto tranny into the Manual mode. It took me a minute to figure out why the car was stuck in 4th gear!!

lmaooo ya i had a hard time figuring out wat the manual mode was but i read the owners manual..

oh and as for the pic of the circuit breaker... this isnt a picture of my car i found it off of google but its pretty much the same thing.. if you look to the left next to the air condition switches and whatever its a little button with a window and a lightning bolt going through it

Hm. Interesting. Well, my windows and sunroof just stopped working today (Was most annoying, at least they were up!) I haven't gotten a chance to check fuses yet, but I sure hope that's all it is, and not the comfort relay. Cross fingers!
