X6 vs. X5 Dash and Interior
I'm very interested in an X6 to replace my 650i when my lease runs out. I absolutely love my coupe and its cockpit feel but will eventually need 4 doors to make the vehicle more family friendly. An X6 seems to be the perfect transitional vehicle for this situation. It appears that BMW has opted to re-use some or all of the X5 for the X6 dash rather than give the X6 the distinctive "6 Series" cockpit.
Has anybody done any analysis on differences/similarities betwen the X5 and X6 regarding interior and dash? One obvious difference is the back seat which only holds 2 in the X6. Any insights would be welcome! ANDREW
