Anyone have any knowledge on this

in the below link about 7posts down is a picture of a bmw adapter, the author said its for the bussiness cd43 which i believe is the single in dash that came with the z3's
would this most likely plug into the radio port where the cd changer harness is currently??
and if so would'nt this allow for a mp3 cd changer to be mounted the trunk and allow plug and play since the adapter seems to have aux/rca out connection

Well, you would have to run the wire from the trunk mounted unit to the glove box unit.

The BIG problem though is, it only works with 2003 model cars. Radios prior to 09/2002 production do not have the connector on the back.
