2009 X5

When does the MY09 start? Anyone know of any notable changes? Asking because I'm thinking of ordering one in the next month or waiting a couple of months (I'm in no rush). Thanks.

I just ordered my X5 and had the same thought of waiting, but since I don't believe any changes will be made in 09, I pulled the trigger. It's still too early in the E70's life for BMW to make any major changes. Maybe by 2010.

Next MY starts in mid September to early October.

They would become available probably late Oct / early November '08. Rumored of course is the twin turbo gasoline engine (from 335i) replacing the 3.0si. Still no confirmation (like there is with the twin turbo diesel).
