Question need help understanding

Hello,
I just purchased a 2005 745i with the Motorola phone package. What do I need in order to be compatible with my Blackberry? Keeping in mind that I have the technical equivalency of lawn chair.

I saw the Bluetooth adapter that fits into the cradle (link provided earlier, thanks btw) but what does that do?
Will my Blackberry/phone be able to work through the car's hands-free system and work in concert with the Blackberry’s menu (address book...)?

Someone please shed some light on this for me as I am simply considering buying the wireless ear piece/headset. A last resort indeed!

Bt adapter will work almost with every Bt phone and Yes it'll work with your car hads-free system and it should export your phone book from yr phone. Once you get Bt adapter and pair with your phone. If you don't have instructions how to do it, search this forum, there's somewhere manual.

Btw just got my adapter from fleaBay for $94 shipped.
