Help with 08 X3 Lease

Hello all,

I am thinking about leaseing an 08 X3 and I have a few questions.

Those who have recently leased what amount can I expect to pay for the Acquisition Fee?

If you recenlty leased, what deal did you get?

I placed my order a few weeks ago. Here are the specs of the car:

Montego Blue Metallic Paint
Automatic (leap of faith I guess)
Sports Activity Package
Xenon Lights
Heated Steering Wheels
Heated Front Seats

I forget what the actual selling price is but I believe it was $600 over invoice. 3yr 12k Miles w/$2k cap cost reduction and OLP factored in my payments will be $469/mo. My 05' Lease was $450/mo so I'm comfortable with the payment considering the upgrades that the 08' brings over the 05'. I'm hoping to catch a break between now and delivery date to see if the lease rates get slightly better but I'm okay with what I got.

Sorry off topic. Rob quick question. Your photography is so good and everyone should check-out your work.

But how large are the images at your site because they are so crystal clear yet load instantly. Are they larger then 640 x 480? I ask because photos on our (unrelated site) take so much longer to appear? Thank, sorry folks for the diversion...
