Cars you saw at The 'Fest you'd want to own

Who's that behind those Foster Grants??? The classics are fantastic. The newer cars, not so much, they look kind of "ricey" these days...

A buddy of mine sold a perfect Hartge H3 that he had owned (garaged) since the 80's a couple of years ago for around 6K. It's in the archives of the classifieds forum here...

Jon, I searched the archives till my eyes blurred and could not find the ad mentioned. Since these cars are SOooo very rare, whenever I hear about another E21 Hartge I make an attempt to track it down, because (I think) two known would be better than only one. So, if it's not to much to ask if/when you happen to bump into your buddy who had the H3, and you remember, would you give my BF contact info to him? Maybe there's info about the car, be it past or present location, he might foward on to me.

Jon, I thought the post went through but I guess I must have closed the tab by accident. Anyway, do you have anymore shots of that E9 you posted on the first page? Your shot really shows the depth of color it has. I took some on my phone but they came out terrible. I'd have to say it was my absolute favorite one there. By the way, awesome job on the 'Fest!

Pretty sure those are Rondells. IIRC, Rondell was an OE supplier to BMW

Really? That's Matt's car. I think he was under the impression that it was the only one in the US. Although I must say even if it isn't, it has every single option Hartge offered on the H3 E21 and is extremely clean in every aspect. He even has more documentation on the H3 than Hartge them selves. He had it on eBay a couple months ago and it went as high as 16k before he pulled the auction after second thoughts. Not to shabby for an E21, the car is crazy bat$hit fast!

Chris's E9 is beautiful, I can't wait to see how nice his "new" 02 comes out. It was really cool having him in my rear view mirror for about an hour after Bfest, while we toured the backroads of SB.

Actually, I'm STILL under that impression - and I'd happily give $100 to anyone that can show me(present), not tell me about(past), another one like it...... also it's bat$hit QUICK, not fast: there is a difference.
