HD Radio for my 2003 745Li

Anybody know of any after market kits that would fit into my car?? I assume if there is such a thing, that it probably won't integrate with onboard system either...

The whole reason I'm looking into it, is my windows are tinted, and my regular reception sucks. Barely get 1 AM station, along with a few FM's. Not even sure going to HD would fix the problem.

Anyone have this problem? What's the fix? Any product recommendations??
