Is there a switch to make the cold air flow in the center console?

It seems to be random thing. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Is there a switch to turn it on??

the rear air control in the center console must be turned on for the rear seat passengers... without that, air will not pass through the vents...

p.s. there is also a switch in the actual console itself, rotary type... both must be turned on...

Thanks for the help, I know about the rotary button inside the console but where is the switch for the rear vents for the rear passengers?

the center console will have 2 rear vents for the back seat passengers... 2 of the knobs for the vents will be to set the vents for hot/cold, and 2 of the knobs will be for turning the vents on and off...

set the vents to cold, and open them up... its actually a switch that will turn on a fan, not really a flap that opens...

I just tried it and it works. however, ive tried to switch everything on and off before and it did not work.
