New owner of 82 bmw320i

...just bought it month ago for $500. Engine sounds good but master/slave clutch cylinders leaks(spent $170 for parts & $0 for labor - did it myself). Replaced all fluids(redline - trany & diff) & engine oil, NGK plugs. I would like to put 14 or 15's on it, but dont know what offsets. I tried e30 bottle caps from my 76 2002 does fit. Any suggestions?

I've been looking myself...check craigslist daily there are plenty

Any ideas as to what a '83 320i with 137,000 miles in excellent condition might be worth? Or where I could find info? Gotta help my buddy sell his, but I'm having a hard time tracking down a value. San Francisco area. Thanks!

Dont get me started on value, i have a 84 325e in fantastic shape, people wanna give me 3 grand for it...f* them. car gets 36 mpg highway and only has done 84,000 miles, lives inside...

Butt these same moRRons will pay 15 grand for a toyota yaris which doesnt get much bette4r gas mileage. humans need to get a life.

Great question. Mine is pretty decent, condition-wise and running-wise, and I'm guessing that I could probably get $3-3,800K for it. It's hard to say, because I just don't see 'em selling for very much. Also, I rarely ever see any E21 cars on the road and I'm in the Mecca for cars... So Cal. I see E30 cars all day by the droves. If I don't find a job, soon... I may be forced to sell my '82 E21. It's really clean, gets great mileage, only 151,000 mi. and fun to drive.
