If you don't mind, could you please post your email and Flow's email up, it would be rather interesting to see them, shed some light on Flow's differences w/ his subordinates. Usually the owner of multiple dealerships has no idea when a manager and employees of one dealership are out of line/obnoxious/inefficient.

As I said very early on in this thread.......my words would not have nearly been as "carefully chosen" as Coonties had I been in the same interogation room....ooops, I mean office.

I got one from her as well. I responded and told her how much I love her.

I'm hoping to start a romantic email relationship that leads to true love, free car washes and the occasional bagel and coffee.

Do you think this thread should be moved out of e9x 3-series forum into a general BMW subforum?

How did you even read this thread to begin with, I neve once opened 5-series subforum

Great thread Guys,it's that good it's reached our shores.

The 2 flow Sales Guys, 'the chuckle brothers', would be good candidates for our very own MI6,tactics like that would go down a storm in Afghanistan.

For the record Mr Flow is unable to respond, he is far to busy being spoonfed strawberries and cream by BMWBabe at Wimbledon, and watched Federer stuff (not literally) Hewitt earlier.

Keep it flowing Guys

Easy.

I said their prices are akin to getting the "broomstick treatment." Doesn't mean the saleswoman treated me badly. She didn't. Like I said before, she even offered to let me take the car to a dinner or home or whatever, to get a feel for it. I declined.

She laughed when I re-iterated my offer which kinda pissed me off a bit but who cares. It was done & forgotten in minutes.

That's the apparent dichotomy there, between the sales woman who was nice to me when I talked to her over a year ago, and the actual "broomstick" metaphor.

Hopefully that makes sense. I wanted to draw a distinction between the process/the prices (screwed up) and the people (quite nice.)

Where that got me a year later is now a well-known history....

Dude my VW dealer told me to take a hike too. If you want a good read you can troll over to my thread on Golkmk5 (http://www.golfmk5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=49296) and see what happened to me.

How was Ricki to deal with? I spoke with her once and she seemed nice and straight forward. I plan on doing an ED next year and she explained the whole MSD deal even if I'm from NYS where its not possible to use MSDs to lower the rate.

She's pretty cool. I got my car from her and so did many other people, including the ED uber-guru himself, JSpira.

Pleasant, no nonsense. Got the whole deal done in 15 mins. She's super busy though, so if you don't get an email reply right away, just give her a call. 9 times out of 10 I was able to get a hold of her in the matter of minutes.

Just got off the phone with her now... she enjoyed this thread btw

For the record, I think I got at least 7 or 8 cars from her. Probably more but who's counting?

JSpira, why does your name keep coming up in this thread? What's your history, and why do you have this notariety?
