Bimmerfest 2008 Event Coverage in The Media Now!

In Roundel or Performance BMW Magazines?

What about Modified Luxury & Exotics or Bimmer?

I haven't received my copies yet...

My Roundel came a couple of days ago. I'd rate the article as "fairly good". It was positive, but less informative than I would have expected. The overall tone was sort of "these young guys are really into audio systems....".

OT: Have you given any thought to my idea of franchising the 'fest with a few other locations nationally yet?

Couldn't find that magazine yet, but I did find coverage in "Performance BMW" and "Modified Luxury and Exotics" at Borders tonight.

I went back to both Border's and Barnes & Noble this evening for the 3rd time in 5 days based on
this post, and of course neither store had a copy left of PBMW or MOD L&E. I spoke to the
customer svc. reps at both stores; they both stated no additional copies were expected...

Btw, both stores have 2 copies each on the racks or eurotuner...

I was in the Goleta Borders. Did you check there?? (Yes, our local bookstores do "suck" much of the time)

I didn't even know there was a Goleta Borders..

I was gonna head to B & N before going to work today. I can check to see if they have any copies of the magazines.

Couple of paragraphs, good write-up, and a teenie-tiny picture (my car was in it though) in the latest "Bimmer" magazine Nov 08. It was in the "In the Werkes" section page 8-9. Came in the mail today 09/08.
