$3500 per year for maint/repair on 03 745Li. Sounds reasonable or not

I am planning to buy an 03/04 745Li. After warrantly expires do you think $3500 an year is a realistic budget to maintain and repair the car.

I am expecting not to spend more than $2500 per year but that may be low for 7.

Make sure the warranty cover most of the electrics. Most warrenty cover engine, transmission which is good. But the computer, Idrive, sensor, check engine may not cover at all.

$120 oil change
$160 brake fluid flush
$50 2007 nav DVD disc on eBay

need

$900 thrust bearing rod (or something like that) changed
$??? (probably around $2,000+) new amp and possibly new speakers
$200 leaking windshield washer fluid
$??? unknown leak in front driver side of car (possibly hydraulic fluid)

I got my '04 745i in January '08, with 122,600 km on it, it now has 132,800 km and so fat I have spent about $175.00 for a brake fluid change. My oil service is coming up in 1700 km. Other than that, I have been very lucky to have a trouble free car.

My warranty is expiring in October and im starting to have little things go bad. ( Passanger window clunks when it reaches bottem, driver mirror light doesn't turn on, rear passanger window clunking) but my biggest worry is the tranny and how long it will hold up. Anyone have an idea on how much it would cost to fix a tranny when warranty is over on the car?
