No new pictures yet. I'm looking to source an E21 brake booster currently. They aren't very easy to come by.

Have you had it on a dyno? On the track yet?

I seem to recall you were working out some issues after you bought it. Maybe you can revive your old thread and give us an update.

Had it on the dyno a few times...none lately (after I changed the wiring harness). I was down 100 hp from 6500-7600 rpms. I think it is a vanos issues which is ultimately a wiring harness issue (hence the change of the harness). It dyno'd at 265RWHP...with a properly functioning Vanos I expect that number to be 275.

That's nuts.

Ok, here are pictures from this weekend. The car was dirty and these are big enough to see some flaws. Never said it was perfect.

The first 3 are HDR photos.

Thanks. I get that a lot. No one has made an offer good enough.

I believe you have emissions testing, this car isn't going to pass.

Renee, that's a fantastic looking M3! I'm new to the whole M3 thing. I'm going to keep my eyes open now and see how long it takes before I notice an E30 where I live. I have tripple black E36convertible and love it - especially now that the weather is nice and I can drop the top!

Go to your nearest track for an HPDE. Not too many E30 M3s on the street.

Thanks for the comments. Bringing the E30 M3 board back from the dead. No posts in over 30 days.

Took some shots yesterday.

Car looks great. My g/f is looking at getting an E30 M3 as a weekend car (a little street, a little track - she already drives her E36 M3 better than most men I know, and that would still be her primary autox vehicle). She just signed up on S14.net, do you have any tips on this to look for or avoid?

S14 is a great place to start. Getting one with a strong motor or recent rebuild would be wise.

Good luck with your search! Hope she finds a good one.
