New ride height and Lip

I finally got around to putting on my new suspension. It didn't lower as much as I wanted but it is definitely better. I also straightened out the lower valance and installed the new IS lip spoiler. I painted it black because I thought that with all the black and silver on the car the contrast would look cool. I also painted the rear deck spoiler black. Excuse the cell phone pics my camera is DOA and I haven't bought a new one yet.

I think the rear is still too high, but some of my friends like the rake it has on it. I was hoping for a little more level and a bit lower.

Nice... Just drop a few weights in the trunk to get a little lower ( Just as a quick fix I mean)

I took the 60lbs weight out the vert I had and it raised it about 1.5 inch or so...

I think it looks great. I just like the painted painted is lips.

Thanks, I decided to do it black since the car has so much black already and the dark windows (which was on the car when I got it). I also painted the rear spoiler black for a little contrast. I hope to get the whole car painted soon. I still have an exhaust leak to fix and finish making up the AC hose and I will be finished with all the mechanical stuff.

i love black is lips, i can bash threw stuff all day and get it full of chips,then goto walmart get a can of black paint for 96 cents and then no more chips or scratches.

Your friends are right about the rake, it looks aerodynamically engineered

Thanks for the comments, I ordered a set off ebay that was listed as KYB gas adjust with Vogtland springs. Vogtland's lower the car 1.6 all the way around. What I got was Tokico springs in a vogtland box. I argued and tried to get them to send the springs that I bought but they wanted me to send them back at my expense. Since they were a decent price I decided to put them on and what you see is the results. I looked into is and Vogtland makes tokico but there is a difference in rates and ride height. I think I will order a set of Vogtlands and put these on my new project car. This one is my daily driver. It is M50 powered with a ZF trans from an M3. The springs help a lot with cornering. If I decide to part out my vert, I will put the sway bars from the vert on this car. They are much stiffer.
